You know this. You have felt it for a while. You lead at the top.
CEO, board, C‑suite, or founder. And yet something is stuck: a plateau,
or a boardroom conflict you keep working around.
Or an erosion you have not named because naming it costs something.
I am not your fixer. I do not bring ready-made answers.
I am not here to reassure you.
I listen for what you are not saying. I ask what no one else will.
We surface what you already know and have not faced.
The thing you arrive with is rarely the thing.
Then you decide to move. Or you do not, and we look at why.
Expect some discomfort, because it is usually the sign
that we are close to something real.
Sometimes the work is quiet. Sometimes it takes the roof off.
Always confidential. Often inconvenient. Never performative.
30 years. 9 industries. 3 continents.
Enough to recognize the terrain. Never enough to assume I know yours.
You and me. In confidence. We start with discovery: how you lead, and what it costs you. Where it helps, I spend a day watching you at work. Then we meet regularly. You test things between sessions, and we look at what happened.
Your leadership team, as it is. The team is the client. Who really decides. What the team keeps avoiding. How your patterns become the team’s patterns.
You are reshaping the company. Or you already have, and it is not landing. Structure, culture, the top team, the people decisions nobody wants to make. I have sat on your side of that table. Here, I do give you my view. It is built on what I find in your company, and some of it you will not like.
Sometimes advice is not enough. You need someone senior inside, carrying the work. A transformation, a new structure, a people function to rebuild. I take the role part-time, for an agreed period. Then I leave. What we built should not need me.
